Christmas Events

We had a great Christmas break with the kids. Mike had quite a bit of time off and so we did a lot of fun activites. Our first big one was our family Christmas party. My 2 brothers, their wives and kids live down here. We got together and had a nice Christmas dinner and then exchanged presents. My other brother, his wife and kids live in Idaho Falls where my parents live. We Skyped with them and made it one BIG party. It was a lot of fun. The adults all exchanged gifts and the cousins did too. We also took a trip to the Phoenix Zoo Lights, the Scottsdale Train park to see Santa, decorated Christmas cookies, and spent a day at Amazing Jake's. At our Family Christmas party we had prime rib and every other amazing food you could ever imagine. We were all so stuffed we could hardly move. Isac had a game for all of us to play. We had to roll dice and if we got a certain number we got to unwrap a ball full of goodies. There was everything from money, to gift cards, Suns tickets, and more in there. The trick was it was wrapped in plastic wrap, tape and you had to wear oven mittens while unwrapping. It was a ton of fun and very competitive :) It was a great night and I am so thankful for my family and that we are all so close.
